In this episode, the Montelongos decide to give back to the community, but it's not going to be easy. David and Armando buy five houses on a block that have been rented out to the same families for the past 20 years. They take on the ambitious task of renovating all five houses at the same time. After moving the current tenants into apartments, team Montelongo have just four weeks to complete the work. The families will then be given the option to buy or continue to rent. Will the Montelongos turn renters into owners and help these new citizens to achieve the American dream?
