Every Texan needs a ranch, and when Armando gets a great deal on a huge property with a rustic feel, he decides to keep it for himself. Soon, he and Veronica are butting heads as they attempt to renovate the house quickly without blowing their budget. While Veronica focuses on quality kitchen cabinets and fancy tile floors, Armando keeps his eye on building equity until he's confronted by expensive construction snafus and a surprise snake attack. Meanwhile, Montelongo House Buyers has outgrown its small offices and David and Melina pound the pavement to find the ideal commercial space -- not their usual territory.
