Chris was raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. At the young age of 17, he followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather by joining the U.S. Navy, where he served as an aircraft electrician and a Naval Air crewman, participating in Operation Desert Storm.
After completing his service, Chris earned his FAA Aircraft Mechanics license and worked as a private mechanic for wealthy corporate jet owners. When he asked his clients how they made their money, they responded with two words: "Real Estate." Soon after, Chris got his real estate license, but he still wanted to put his hands to work. So he borrowed some money, found a mentor, and began purchasing dilapidated homes to fix up and resell. To date, he has completed millions of dollars in transactions during his career.
In 2008, Chris attended one of Chief's seminars to learn more about real estate investment. Afterwards, they struck up a conversation and became "real estate" friends. Shortly thereafter, they decided to test-flip a property together and found that their somewhat-opposing talents were a recipe for success in the world of real estate!
Chris is a detail-oriented "jack of all trades" excelling in acquisitions, negotiation, design, and resale of homes. He has a passion for his friends, family, traveling, adventure and helping others—especially veterans and their families.
