Winter Wonder Flip!

A simple call from an old friend for an appraisal turns into a mission for Peter and Dave to change a life. After years in construction, an accident has left Pete's friend Sal unable to keep up his house payments and he's forced to sell. But the house is in bad shape, so Pete and Dave come to the rescue to finish the work, and add some value back in for Sal. With a two week timeline in the middle of a harsh New England winter, the boys have a battle on their hands. But with a huge effort and lots of help from friends they get the job done and give Sal the surprise of a lifetime.

Pete's-A-Place

Dave is forced to don his fireman's hat when he and Peter get a call that Pete's restaurant is on fire! The near disaster is enough to persuade Pete that it's time to renovate Pete's A Place. The boys take on their most daunting task yet--totally reinventing the pizza shop in one week! But every day the shop is closed it loses money and Pete's stress levels rise. Dave manages to electrocute himself on day 1, Pete botches the measurements on his new oven, and then they get a surprise visit from the health inspector. With a lot of team work and a bit of luck the flippers scramble to make sure the Grand Opening isn't a Giant Fiasco!

The Salem Flip Trials

With their hands full on other projects, Dave and Peter decide the time is right to let their two prot g s, Scott and Andy, take the helm on a great new deal in Salem. They supply the junior flippers with all the tools they'll need to get the job done--their step-by-step guide to house flipping called "The Flipping Formula", but on Day 1 of their 30 day flip the newbies go off-book and the mistakes start mounting. Peter and Dave soon take hold of the reins but the clock is ticking as they try to whip the rookies into shape. When business calls Dave and Peter out of town can Scott and Andy adhere to the Formula? Or will this flip blow up in their faces?

Dave's Rental Breakdown

Dave finds a hot new listing but puts it on hold to help Peter out of a bind. A unit in Peter's three-family rental was trashed by the previous tenant and will continue to lose money without some TLC. Dave agrees to lend a hand, but when Peter's inspection of the exterior reveals a much larger scope of work, Dave's quick favor becomes a complete headache. Saddled with a novice assistant, a pushy upstairs tenant, and a deal about to slip through the cracks, will Dave make it through before he cracks up?

A Family Affair

Dave and Peter get a lead on their website for a quaint, single-family home in Lynn--a standard looking flip with a few secrets under the surface. A hidden chimney stumps their open floor plan and opening the first floor ceiling reveals the structure is completely unsound. Adding to the stress, Dave hires his son Robert on the job who just can't get to work on time. This renovation keeps the flippers on their toes--will they win the fight or will it be lights out?

Dave's Design Dilemma

Pete and Dave go in on a new construction house that the previous owners were unable to finish. The buy is in a great sea-side town and has minimal work left to be done, but when Dave disagrees with Pete s design plans, this simple flip is thrown off course. An argument over the deck sends Dave over the edge. He wants his vision to be heard, and the only way to prove himself is to take over the design and leave Pete to the project managing. Will the duo succeed or will this flipping experiment blow up in their faces?

Big-hearted Dave helps his friend Johnny out of a tough situation by buying his old house to flip. When Pete discovers Dave paid too much without telling him, Pete storms off leaving Dave to handle the flip. As construction gets going, one hidden problem after another is revealed. Dave tries to find some creative ways to cut costs, but when he hires Johnny to do some tree removal, his profits come crashing down. If the guys can't work together and think fast, this deal may leave them in the red!

Stinks to High Heaven

Pete strikes a deal to renovate and sell his friend Thanasi s home. The huge house needs only cosmetic attention and promises big profits--if Pete can keep Dave from scaring off Thanasi, who happens to be a mild-mannered priest. But once construction begins, this dream flip turns into a holy nightmare. They discover mold and foundation cracks on day one, and things go from bad to worse when a failed septic system tests the limits of Dave s delicate stomach. Pete and Dave have to think big to dig their way out of this financial hole and pray the house will sell and sell fast.

Dave and Peter team up with two newbies to make their way into the urban Boston market. Pete's eager to train their new protégés but as Dave suspects, Brendan and Steve have lots to learn--beginning with respect. Broken fences and popped tires leave angry neighbors threatening to shut down the job site. This clash of egos could bring the roof down!
