Shawn is Russell’s big brother. He was the popular kid in high-school and a football star. Now he’s a born-again Christian and his values don’t jive with Russell’s smash and grab business style but blood is thicker than water and Shawn is ready for the challenge.

What one mistake have you made during a flip that you will never make again?

Trying to cut corners with money and doing jobs that I'm not qualified to do.

You were a high school football star. Is there anything you learned while playing football that you apply to dealing with Russell (and/or house flipping in general)?

Russell is like an old school football coach with a "my way or the highway" mentality. Despite how big a job looks on the outside, with determination and a never-give-up mentality, success will always be at your reach.

What's your favorite part of flipping houses for a living?

The reward of seeing what once was someone's trash turning into someone else's treasure.

What's the best thing you bring to the table in your business with Russell?

The best thing I bring to the table in the company is some muscle relaxant! And my ability to communicate with people. My social game is also very good!
