When Eric Brun-Sanglard lost his sight over nine years ago, in addition to learning to cope with the personal adjustments of his situation, he also faced the difficult task of redirecting the course of his professional life. Until the onset of his blindness, Eric jetted between Paris, New York , and Los Angeles , working as a creative director in the highly competitive world of perfume advertising for clients like Chanel, Hermes, Lancome, and Christian Dior. What could have been viewed as an ill-timed and overwhelming experience for Eric B, as he has come to be known, instead became the catalyst, which ultimately laid the foundation for a new professional venture, one capturing his interests in homes, design, and travel. At the onset of his blindness, Eric B was remodeling his home in the Hollywood Hills. In blindness, Eric learned to truly see and discovered he had an innate capability and design sense, which he turned into a thriving business.
