When Dallas patrol officers respond to a disturbance call, they find an armed parole violator intent on not returning to jail. The suspect fires at police and barricades himself in a bathroom. SWAT Officers Todd Welhouse and Misty Vancuren are called in to set-up a perimeter. All the while, SWAT negotiator J.D. Byas tries to talk the man out safely, even after a raging fire breaks out in his apartment. Later, Todd and his team are called in to execute a search warrant on a house used by suspected drug dealers. Todd's job is to neutralize an armed suspect guarding the front door before his teammates walk through it--and into the line of fire.
