Born and raised in Colorado, Senior Corporal Todd Stratman made the move to Dallas a number of years ago to work as an officer in the Dallas Police Department. Since joining SWAT, he has created a niche for himself with his building and welding skills. As a result, Senior Corporal Stratman has become the team's 'tool man'; building, fixing and constructing all sorts of tools for the team's tactical needs. He also recently married a fellow member of the Dallas Police Department.
