067 - Free To Kill: The Polly Klaas Murder
The abduction and murder of 12-year-old Polly Klaas from a slumber party at her home shocked the nation. Polly's killer, Richard Allen Davis, had been arrested 25 times--17 of his last 20 years had been spent behind bars--and he was on parole when Polly was kidnapped. The focus of this episode are the repeat offenders who, like Davis, American Justice has failed to rehabilitate. We also examine attempts to protect future victims with new laws and aggressive policing.
