A veteran of feature films, the Australian-born Sarah Wynter will be seen in the independent film “Coastlines,” which made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival. She received critical praise for her star-turn performance in Bruce Beresford's “Bride of the Wind” opposite Vincent Perez and Jonathan Pryce. Wynter also starred opposite box office heavyeaight Arnold Schwarzenegger in “The Sixth Day” and appeared with Winona Ryder and Ben Chaplin in “Lost Souls,” directed by Academy Award-winning cinematographer Janusz Kaminski.
Wynter's other film credits include roles in the independent film “Moving August” and “Species II.” On television, she guest starred in the pilot for “Sex and the City” and the cable feature “Race Against Time” opposite Eric Roberts.
Wynter attended boarding school in Sydney and arrived in New York City at age 17 to study drama. Theer she studied with Penny Templeton and appeared in various off-Broadway productions.
